Time management

We work out a time schedule for the entire design and building process, as overview for all the works that will be carried out. This schedule will be updated frequently as the plans elaborate and advance, so that we always know where we stand at any moment.

For the design and realisation of a single family house or the refurbishment of an apartment for instance,we would calculate approximately six months in total: Three months for the design, plans, details, permit, tender and preparation of the works. And another three months for the actual construction. This is of course only an estimate based on our experience, assuming that the necessary decisions could be taken promptly and that we receive the permissions on time.
